Our Leadership
Joshua Schrager
Since 1996, Josh has been immersed in the commercial real estate industry, gaining extensive experience in finance, acquisitions, ownership, and development. In addition to his real estate expertise, he founded LienBase, a nationwide tax lien servicing company. A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Liberal Arts, Josh currently resides in Miami Beach, FL with his wife and daughter. In his role at Milestone Land Company, Josh works closely with corporate clients to identify and secure new locations for their operations.
Blake Lickteig
Blake Lickteig has been with LienBase for over ten years, progressing from a mid-level accountant to CFO. In this role, he oversees all accounting functions, manages banking relationships, and negotiates credit facilities ranging from $50 to $75 million.
At Milestone, Blake handles accounting/finance functions, land acquisition and is involved in both pre- and post-construction phases. As the local face of Milestone in Athens, Georgia, where he resides with his wife and three children, Blake regularly engages with tenants, local officials, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
